The project we've been working on aimed at promoting Castaly's woodworking CNC machines line in the USA.

Challenges

  • Building a website that enhances the ability of the company to generate qualified leads through this channel.
  • Syncing users' interactions on the website with client's CRM (customer relation management) system.
  • Providing numerous sorting options on the products catalog page to enhance user experience.

Solutions

  • We integrated several points of contacts on the website to facilitate lead generation at every step of the funnel, notably thanks to a newsletter subscription pop up, an instant chat tool, and a personalized contact form on every product page.
  • We worked on having all the information keyed-in by the visitor from the points of contact on the website to be synced into client's Hubspot account.
  • On the catalog page, we implemented a side bar that offers a multitude of filtering options. To achieve that, we had to normalize the fields to key-in when creating a new product in the administration system.
